Can I see real photos or videos before ordering?
Yes, all photos are live images taken directly by camera or iPhone. Live videos are also available on request through our WhatsApp.
Do you offer replacement or return?
Yes, replacement is available for damaged products. Replacement is also available if the product does not match the live image or video shared by us. Customers must provide a proper uncut unboxing video showing the parcel opening and issue clearly to avoid fake claims..
