By placing an order with SHOESVERT™, customers agree to all store policies, including shipping, payment, replacement, and refund policies.

All product images and videos shared by SHOESVERT™ are live references of the product. Minor differences in lighting or appearance may occur due to camera and display settings.

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details while placing orders. SHOESVERT™ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

Cash on Delivery orders require an advance payment during booking confirmation. In case of cancellation of a COD order, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Replacement requests will only be accepted with a proper uncut unboxing video without pause showing the issue clearly.

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on courier services, location, weather conditions, or public holidays.

SHOESVERT reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update store policies at any time without prior notice.

All content, images, logos, and branding used by SHOESVERT are the property of the brand and should not be copied or misused without permission.
