Refund & Replacement Policy
SHOESVERTβ’ provides replacement support for damaged products or if the delivered product does not match the live image or video shared by us.
Customers must provide a proper uncut unboxing video without pause from opening the parcel until showing the issue clearly. Claims without unboxing proof may not be accepted.
Replacement requests must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
If replacement is approved, the product can be replaced at no extra cost.
Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refund.
Delivery delays caused by courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected situations are not eligible for refund claims.
Refunds, if applicable in special cases approved by SHOESVERTβ’, will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days.
